The SIPSI declaration of posting is necessary for every provision you wish to perform in France. It mentions all the workers attached to the same work provision and the person who will represent you in France. In fact, the company posting workers in France must appoint a representative on the national territory, who will act as the link with the inspection services.
Please make sure to fill in all the fields. Failing to present a fully completed declaration may lead to getting a fine from the French authorities (€4,000 per concerned worker, and up to €8,000 in the event of a repeat of the offense withi 2 years of the first fine). The fine cannot exceed €500,000 in total.

ASD SPW (So Posting Worker) is there to remind you of all the specific features regarding your posting of workers in France. Indeed, employers posting workers in France must fill in a pre-posting declaration (SIPSI declaration) and appoint a legal representative who will be the link between your employees and the French authorities. Moreover, in the construction and public works sector, your employees must possess a BTP card (personal ID card).

No, SIPSI does not allow you to complete this formality because it is not necessary to make a declaration to the French Labor Inspectorate to post posted staff outside of France. On the other hand, we advise you to obtain information concerning the required procedures applicable in the host country, on the one hand (contact the competent authorities) and, on the other hand, from your Social Security agency for maintaining his affiliation with French Social Security (http://www.cleiss.fr/reglements/a1.html).
A frontier worker must not under any circumstance be confused with a posted worker. This means that the frontier worker is subject to the labor law set by the country in which the employment contract is performed. To be eligible for frontier worker status, the legal residence of the worker must, in principle, be located in a frontier zone, generally located less than 30 kilometers from the border.
