Le non-respect de cette d\u00e9cision d\u2019interdiction engendre une nouvelle amende d\u2019un montant qui peut aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 000 \u20ac par salari\u00e9 d\u00e9tach\u00e9 concern\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dans le cas d\u2019un d\u00e9tachement r\u00e9current<\/strong>, l\u2019administration peut am\u00e9nager certaines des obligations d\u2019une entreprise pour le d\u00e9tachement de ses employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La syst\u00e9matisation de l\u2019affichage sur \u00ab&nbsp;liste noire&nbsp;\u00bb dans certains cas de travail ill\u00e9gal :<\/strong>&nbsp;Connu sous le nom de \u00ab&nbsp;Name &amp; Shame&nbsp;\u00bb, ce principe de diffusion d\u2019une liste noire des entreprises condamn\u00e9es pour travail ill\u00e9gal, deviendra obligatoire \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de toute entreprise coupable d\u2019un d\u00e9lit de travail ill\u00e9gal commis en bande organis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de mineurs soumis \u00e0
