Elle mentionne tous les travailleurs attach\u00e9s \u00e0 une m\u00eame prestation de travail et la personne qui vous repr\u00e9sentera en France. En effet, l&rsquo;entreprise qui d\u00e9tache des travailleurs en France doit d\u00e9signer un repr\u00e9sentant sur le territoire national, qui fera le lien avec les services d&rsquo;inspection.<\/p><p>Veillez \u00e0 remplir tous les champs. L&rsquo;absence de d\u00e9claration d\u00fbment remplie peut entra\u00eener une amende de la part des autorit\u00e9s fran\u00e7aises (4 000 \u20ac par travailleur concern\u00e9, et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 8 000 \u20ac en cas de r\u00e9cidive dans un d\u00e9lai de 2 ans \u00e0 compter de la premi\u00e8re amende).
