September 2018 erlassen wurde. <strong>Es hat zum Hauptziel, die berufliche Ausbildung, die Lehre und die Arbeitslosenversicherung zu reformieren<\/strong>. Dieses Gesetz soll die Besch\u00e4ftigungsf\u00e4higkeit der Arbeiter verbessern, den Zugang zu Aus- und Weiterbildung w\u00e4hrend des gesamten Arbeitslebens erleichtern und das Ausbildungs- und Lehre-System vereinfachen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c4nderungen bei der Entsendung im Rahmen des franz\u00f6sischen Gesetzes \u201eAvenir professionnel\u201c (Gesetz \u00fcber die berufliche Zukunft)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die H\u00f6chstgrenze f\u00fcr Verwaltungsstrafen gegen Arbeitgeber wurde verdoppelt<\/strong>, von 2.000 \u20ac auf 4.000 \u20ac pro entsandtem Mitarbeiter im Falle von Verst\u00f6\u00dfen, und von 4.000 \u20ac auf 8.000 \u20ac im Falle einer Wiederholung innerhalb von 2 Jahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eine Pflicht zur Wachsamkeit seitens des Auftraggebers in Bezug auf die Zahlung von Bu\u00dfgeldern durch den entsendenden Arbeitgeber<\/strong>, wobei der Auftraggeber bei Abschluss des Vertrags sicherstellen muss, dass der Arbeitgeber die Bu\u00dfgelder bezahlt hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Falle der Nichtzahlung einer Verwaltungsstrafe wegen Nichteinhaltung der Entsenderechtsvorschriften kann das Unternehmen, das die Mitarbeiter entsendet, von der DIRECCTE (Direction D\u00e9partementale du Travail, de l&#8217;Emploi et de la Formation Professionnelle \u2013 D\u00e9partementale Direktion f\u00fcr Arbeit, Besch\u00e4ftigung und berufliche Ausbildung) von der Erbringung des Dienstes ausgeschlossen werden.
