Diese Anpassung f\u00fchrt zu h\u00f6heren Brutto- und Nettol\u00f6hnen f\u00fcr Vollzeitbesch\u00e4ftigte in ganz Frankreich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum wird der franz\u00f6sische Mindestlohn (SMIC \u2013 Franz\u00f6sischer Mindestlohn) im Jahr 2026 erh\u00f6ht?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der SMIC (Franz\u00f6sischer Mindestlohn) wird automatisch an die Ver\u00e4nderungen des vom INSEE, dem franz\u00f6sischen nationalen Statistikamt, ver\u00f6ffentlichten <strong>Verbraucherpreisindex (VPI)<\/strong> angepasst. Eine Neubewertung wird ausgel\u00f6st, wenn die Inflation seit der letzten Anpassung um mindestens 2 % gestiegen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im April 2026 meldete das INSEE eine <strong>j\u00e4hrliche Inflationsrate von 2,2 %<\/strong>, die haupts\u00e4chlich durch steigende Energiepreise (insbesondere \u00d6l) in einem globalen Kontext gepr\u00e4gt von geopolitischen Spannungen im Nahen Osten verursacht wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Infolgedessen l\u00f6st der gesetzliche Mechanismus eine <strong>Erh\u00f6hung des SMIC (Franz\u00f6sischer Mindestlohn) um 2,41 % zum 1.
